    Shopping & Orders

    What payment methods do you accept?

    Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sunocore gift cards. All transactions are encrypted for security.

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Yes, within 24 hours of purchase (please email support@sunocore.com with your order number). After 24 hours, the order will enter the production/shipping process and cannot be changed—for changes after shipment, please see our return and exchange policy.

    Products & Materials

    Are your materials ethical and sustainable?

    Absolutely. We use recycled metals, conflict-free gemstones, and sustainable pearls. All products are made in FairLabour workshops—please see our Ethical Commitment page.

    Are product sizes/colors accurate?

    Size: US ring size; necklace/earring length is in inches/cm.

    Color: Slight variations may occur (screen settings, natural gemstone characteristics).

    How to care for my jewelry?

    Metal: Avoid contact with chemicals; store in a sealed bag; wipe silver with a soft cloth.

    Gemstones/Pearls: Remove before swimming/showering; avoid impact; wipe pearls after wearing.

    Shipping & Tracking

    Which regions do you ship to?

    The United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and over 50 countries/regions. International duties/taxes (borne by the recipient; applicable regions will be calculated at checkout).

    How long does delivery take?

    Processing time: 1-3 business days (standard); 4-8 days (custom/fine jewelry).

    Within the US: 3-7 days (free shipping on orders over $45;

    shipping fee is $6.99 for orders under $45).

    International: 7-14 days (shipping fee calculated at checkout).

    Returns and Refunds

    What is your return policy?

    Unworn/undamaged jewelry can be returned within 30 days (full refund/exchange). Non-returnable items: end-of-life items, custom-made items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and fine jewelry with natural gemstone textures.

    How long does a refund take?

    Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after inspection. Refunds will arrive within 1-7 business days (PayPal: 1-3 business days; Credit Card: 3-7 business days).

    What if my jewelry is damaged/wrong?

    Please notify us within 7 days (email + order number + photos). We will cover return shipping costs and provide a refund/exchange/repair service. Severely damaged items may not require a return.

    Click "Sign Up" in the upper right corner and enter your email and password. Benefits: Track orders, add items to your favorites, exclusive offers (10% discount on your first order).
