    RETURN / REFUND POLICY

    At Sunocore, we craft each jewelry piece with care—if you’re not satisfied, our return/exchange process is seamless and thoughtful.
    2.1 Return Eligibility
    • Deadline: Initiate returns within 30 days of delivery (international orders: 30 days from “delivered” date).
    • Item Condition: Unworn, undamaged, in original condition (no scratches, loose gemstones, or tarnish) with all packaging (gift boxes, dust bags, certificates, tags intact). No alterations (e.g., resizing) unless done by Sunocore and defective.
    • Exceptions (non-returnable unless defective): Final Sale items, custom/personalized jewelry, earrings (hygiene), fine jewelry with approved natural gemstone variations.
    2.2 How to Return
    1. Request RA: Email support@sunocore.com with order number, item name/SKU, return reason, and photos (if damaged/defective). Response within 24 business hours (RA number + prepaid domestic label/international instructions). No RA = return refused.
    1. Package: Use original packaging or padded envelope; wrap delicate items to avoid damage. Include all accessories; print RA number on outer package (no writing on product/box).
    1. Ship: Domestic: Use prepaid label (trackable). International: You cover shipping/customs (insure/track).

    2.3 Refunds
    • Inspected within 3–5 business days of warehouse delivery; approval email sent promptly.
    • Refund to original payment method (full purchase price; original shipping non-refundable unless defect/our error).
    • Processing times: Credit Card (3–7 days), PayPal (1–3 days), Apple/Google Pay (2–5 days), Gift Card (1–2 days).
    • Refused returns (worn/damaged/missing parts): Option to reclaim (your cost) or donate.
    2.4 Exchanges
    • 30-day exchange window (subject to stock): Specify replacement (size/style/SKU) in return request.
    • Price difference: Pay more for higher-cost items; refund for lower-cost ones.
    • Domestic exchanges: Free standard shipping. International: Pay shipping/customs.
    • Out-of-stock replacements: Full refund, 15% bonus store credit, or pre-order option.
    2.5 Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items
    • Notify within 7 days of receipt (email + order number, photos/videos, description).
    • Resolutions (24-hour review): Free replacement (in stock), full refund (including shipping), or free repair (fine jewelry).
    • Severely damaged items: Waived return—keep/discard; replacement/refund sent immediately.
    • Not liable for damage from improper care, misuse, or wear and tear.
    2.6 Additional Terms
    • Retain return tracking number—no liability for lost/stolen/damaged packages.
    • Late returns (after 30 days): Discretionary acceptance + 20% restocking fee.
    • QC team finalizes eligibility decisions.
    • Defective custom items: Replacement (if possible) or full refund (including customization fees).
