2.2 Processing & Shipping Time
Order processing time:
1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
For handmade jewelry, engraved pieces, limited-edition accessories, or personalized designs, processing may take 3–5 business days — this will be clearly noted on each product page.
US Domestic Shipping
5–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground
International Shipping
7–14 business days via DHL / FedEx / tracked international delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

2.3 Shipping Costs
For orders within the United States:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $45
- Standard shipping rate: $6.99
International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
2.4 Delivery, Loss & Damage Policy
Every jewelry and accessory order is carefully packaged in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs procedures
- Weather disruptions
- Carrier delays or errors
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will support you with any necessary follow-up or claims.
For packages confirmed lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days of shipping) or items damaged due to carrier error, we will provide a replacement or full refund once verified.
