Jewelry Design & Craftsmanship
All Sunocore designs (settings, metalwork, gem arrangements, engravings, custom clasps, hand-finishes) are patent/copyright-protected. Copying, counterfeiting, or selling replicas (including limited-edition/custom pieces) is strictly forbidden.
Site & Product Content
Website content (photos, videos, guides, text) is copyrighted. Commercial use (download, distribution, reposting) is prohibited. Personal sharing allowed with clear Sunocore attribution and direct link.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
Sharing Sunocore jewelry content (e.g., #SunocoreStyle) grants non-exclusive, royalty-free use for marketing/brand purposes — full attribution provided. No modification or paid use without consent.
Violation & Infringement
Infringement results in legal action (cease-and-desist, removal, compensation claims). Report infringements to legal@sunocore.com with evidence.
Additional Terms
Sunocore retains IP rights to custom jewelry — clients get personal use only (no reproduction/resale without authorization). Competitive misuse of IP is prohibited.
