    TRACK MY PACKAGE

    Tracking your Sunocore jewelry order is effortless—follow these steps to stay updated on your precious package’s journey:​
    Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number​
    Once your order ships (processing time: 1–2 business days for standard jewelry; 3–7 business days for custom/personalized pieces, limited-edition collections, or fine jewelry with gemstone setting), you’ll receive an email with the subject "Your Sunocore Jewelry Has Shipped". This email includes a unique tracking link, delivery carrier details (USPS Priority Mail, UPS SurePost, DHL Express, or FedEx), and estimated delivery date.​
    If the email doesn’t arrive within 24 hours of shipping, check your spam/junk folder—tracking notifications often get filtered! You can also find the tracking number by logging into your Sunocore account > navigating to "Order History" > selecting the relevant order. For pre-orders, you’ll receive the tracking email once the item ships (we’ll notify you 48 hours in advance if production is ahead of schedule).​
    Step 2: Monitor Your Package Status​
    Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to activate in the carrier’s system (this is standard for small, secure packages). Here are key statuses to reference:​
    • In Transit: Your jewelry is en route—carriers update the location as it moves through sorting facilities.
    • Out for Delivery: Your package is scheduled for delivery today—we recommend using signature confirmation (optional at checkout) for high-value pieces.
    • Customs Cleared (international orders): Your jewelry has passed through customs (we include all necessary documentation for duty/tax clarity).
    • Delivered: Your order has arrived at your shipping address—check mailboxes, front porches, or secure drop spots (carriers may avoid leaving small, valuable packages in visible areas).
    Need Help with Tracking?​
    • If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), email support@sunocore.com with your order number, tracking number, and shipping address. We’ll escalate to the carrier for a full investigation.
    • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package: First, contact the carrier to confirm delivery location (e.g., left with a neighbor, held at a post office). If unresolved, we’ll initiate a missing package claim—for fine jewelry, we offer complimentary insurance for lost/damaged items during transit.
    • For custom or high-value pieces: If you need real-time updates, reply to your shipping confirmation email to request a dedicated support agent to monitor your order.
