Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number
Once your order ships (processing time: 1–2 business days for standard jewelry; 3–7 business days for custom/personalized pieces, limited-edition collections, or fine jewelry with gemstone setting), you’ll receive an email with the subject "Your Sunocore Jewelry Has Shipped". This email includes a unique tracking link, delivery carrier details (USPS Priority Mail, UPS SurePost, DHL Express, or FedEx), and estimated delivery date.
